What’d you think?: “Choro Q” is a line of toy cars in Japan, and this is one of many video games based around that toy line. I don’t know if Choro Q actually makes toy boats, but that’s what you’re driving here, in races and “missions”. Some of the boats have guns on them, but there’s no depth to using them; this isn’t really a kart racer. The racing seemed pretty shallow, as did the missions, but it was pretty cute. If there are Choro Q toy boats, it would probably be pretty fun for a kid to get to use something that looks like a toy they have at home in a video game, but otherwise there didn’t seem to be too much here.
