What’d you think?: I really enjoyed what little I actually saw of this game. Called Diver’s Dream for its PAL (and only English-language) release, this game has you SCUBA diving for lost treasure, while avoiding hostile sealife and asphyxiation. Each dive spot seems to have a central mission, but you also salvage treasures, some of which you’re able to sell and buy better gear to help you swim faster, stay underwater longer, or shoot hostile sea creatures with a speargun? I didn’t play long enough to purchase a speargun, my third dive in a new area saw me drown in a maze-like cave teeming with angry jellyfish, a harsh and hostile contrast to the serene dive spot the game first introduces you to.
