What’d you think?: Man, this game was actually pretty fun. Originally released on the Saturn, and later ported to PS1 and PC, this is an Egyptian-themed FPS. It’s got all the FPS trappings: different weapons, exploding barrels, keys to unlock doors, as well as metroidvania-style upgrades that let you jump higher/swim underwater/etc that gate certain areas off from you. It’s pretty fun, though easy. My run ended earlier than I expected when I midjudged my position and stood too close to the edge of an elevator and clipped through the edge of a one of those pools of toxic sludge that ancient Egyptian tombs are so well-known for.
