What’d you think?: There are more possible legal board positions in a game of go than there are atoms in the observable universe. It is very computationally complex, and it’s only in the most recent of months that top Go AI has approached becoming competitive with top human players. So the AI in a Go game from 17 years ago isn’t going to be great, especially if the focus of that game is on the anime franchise it’s licensed for. But it’s still a Go game on the Playstation, possibly the only one, and it was released in 2002, well after the PS2 was on the scene. Its anime franchise tie-in is probably good? It seems fully voice acted.
