What’d you think?: I did not know that the Need for Speed franchise started as a release from Road & Track magazine. Appropriately, the information given on the cars you can choose from in this game is rich and detailed, with most of the disc space seemingly going to videos of various cars driving about. The actual racing part of the game is… fine. Its age shows but the handling errs on the side of being forgiving, and it’s pretty fun.
