What’d you think?: I didn’t pay close attention at the start of the game. This was my first PS1Try stream in a few months and I was kinda tense. It talked about how you had to drive over checkpoints, and I think I even talked shit like “oh wow it’s a racing game”. But what it was telling me was that these tracks were not linear. There were pathing options. I skipped some checkpoints, fell far behind, and had a prompt loss. There’s lots of South Park characters and voices and jokes and stuff in this game if you’re into that, but if you ask me ’90s nostalgia is a fool’s game.
