What’d you think?: I spent the first half of this game with a sideways camera (compared to modern football game presentations). I spent all of this game not really enjoying it. The game clock doesn’t really operate by real football rules, and you can’t choose to run it down. On plays where it would continue to run down, it just depletes a few seconds, then stops again as you choose your next play. Tecmo Bowl is a well-regarded franchise, but you wouldn’t know it from this entry.
